Position – 3rd Shift Supervisor
Job Location – Oconomowoc, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd Shift (11:00pm – 7:00am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $24 - $31 per hour
Benefits – Healthcare, 50% match. IRA, 3% company match. Year-end bonus.
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Working Supervisor for a plastic injection molding company.
- Set up work, including hanging tools, loading resin, cleaning hoppers.
- Processing, training employees.
- 3 direct labor employees report to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing experience.
- Some leadership experience.
- Able to lead by example and practice.
