SUMMARY:

The Account Manager, Social Marketing will support the development and execution of social media campaigns for brand and entertainment clients. This role will manage client expectations and develop creative social campaigns, with a particular emphasis on TikTok content creation. This role will also be responsible for the internal oversight of content development and the external management of client relationships, ensuring campaign objectives are realized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ideate and strategize compelling short-form social media content concepts for a range of clients, focusing on creativity and engagement. Act as the primary contact for multiple client partners, managing campaigns, timelines, and ensuring all client communications are handled promptly and professionally. Supervise the internal creation of social media campaigns, including video content, talent activations, sweepstakes, contests, and other digital initiatives. Bring a deep understanding of social media, especially TikTok, to develop content that aligns with client goals and resonates with target audiences. Ensure that all aspects of the campaign are executed efficiently, from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and client expectations. Manage the posting of content to social media channels and assist with copywriting, aligning with the brand’s voice and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 2+ years experience as an Account Manager and Social Media Manager within a creative agency setting. Previous experience with content publishing, copywriting, and adapting messaging to different brand voices. Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management, with an emphasis on TikTok. Excellent client service and communication skills, capable of nurturing strong client relationships. Creative aptitude for developing innovative social media campaigns and activations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and organizational prowess.

PAY SCALE:
