Pay for this position starts at $16 / hour. This position requires availability for any shift between 7am and 7pm and includes weekends, holidays, overtime, and on call as needed. Responsibilities Airport Customer Support Associate Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met

Required Skills Airport Customer Support Associate Qualifications  

• Customer service/hospitality experience
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 18 years of age
• A valid state driver’s license
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
