**Position: Behavior Technician**

**Job Description:**

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, in-home ABA services under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with children aged 3-12 years old, implementing individualized treatment plans designed to address each child's unique needs and goals. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement in-home ABA therapy sessions with children aged 3-12, following individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions for assessment and reporting purposes.

- Engage children in activities and interventions designed to foster skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, self-care, and behavior modification.

- Work collaboratively with families to support the generalization of skills in various environments and provide guidance on strategies to promote positive behaviors.

- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and comply with all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of one year of experience providing in-home ABA services to children aged 3-12.

- Demonstrated understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage children and work collaboratively with families.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the designated service area.

- Current CPR certification.

- Pass a background check.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.

- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English or other languages spoken in the Bay Area).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.69 - $29.12 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 14 per week
