• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality breakfast items, including eggs, pastries, breakfast meats, and specialty dishes.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
• Ensure all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook, with a focus on breakfast or brunch, preferably in a fine dining or high-end hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and breakfast menu items.
• Creativity and artistic ability in food presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
