Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, securing RFPs, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic prospecting, strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of experiential marketing and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities using sales tools such as Salesforce, Digideck, Amplemarket, and Sales Navigator.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach & networking events in NYC.
  • Present tailored strategies that showcase company's unique methodology.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and land RFP’s to meet revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Provide regular updates to CSO on relationships and sales progress.
  • QualificationsMinimum 2 years of sales experience preferrably in brand marketing, events, or digital.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Salesforce.
