Job Description

At Concept Commercial Construction, we are seeking a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to become a part of our team! The PM role is responsible for all client-facing project details, with the help of the project coordinator. Supports the superintendent with financial-related field issues, writes and manages change orders, and meets with client teams weekly. This is an executive role at our organization, and we are looking for strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.

• Project Leadership: You will oversee all aspects of project management, from initiation to completion, ensuring all client interactions reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring all commitments are met with a proactive approach.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and support a dedicated team, fostering an environment of open communication and innovative problem-solving.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project finances, including budgeting and change orders, to maximize project profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet our high standards and client specifications without compromise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all projects- client-facing, office side (not field super).
• Build, maintain, and manage client trust. Maintain and enhance job profitability.
• Update team regularly with excellent communication.
• Problem-solving and negotiation with teams.
• Ensure projects and commitments to clients are fulfilled as stated.
• Effectively manage workflows.
• between multiple projects and clients.
• Supportive leadership is offered to the team.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Someone with at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, equivalent schooling or 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• A leader who is trusted for their competence, sincerity, and effective communication.
• A strategic thinker who problem-solves and negotiations with strong narratives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Procore experience considered a plus.
• An individual who leads by example, with a professional demeanor and a drive to excel.
