Title: Construction Superintendent – Luxury Residential (Miami, FL)

• You have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
• You will be able to apply your skills starting in the first week of August, when demolition is scheduled to begin

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Experience managing residential projects from inception to close-out, preferably on the luxury side
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
• OSHA 30-Hour and CPR certification is a plus
• Overseeing site operations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Managing project schedules and budgets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain high standards of work quality.
