Contracts Administrator

The Contracts Administrator will assist with multiple elements of government acquisition, working in conjunction with legal, program management, accounting, security and business development in support of contract administration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontractor documents.
• Manage all aspects of contract management, including contract formation, drafting and issuing negotiations, contract administration, and close-out of various contract vehicles.
• Monitor performance for conformance of contract compliance and identify and escalate problems that may impact performance.
• Ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions, flow down requirements, and accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
• Complete Representations & Certifications, Business Size Certificates, Insurance Certificates, FOCI, business forms and other documents required by customers. Maintain SAM.
• Prepare Contract Briefs summarizing contractual requirements.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules, etc.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in Contracts Management and/or Procurement Management.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government procurement regulations such as the FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations
• Experience with contract types such as fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable, and General Service Administration (GSA) schedules, such as government-wide acquisition contracts, BPAs, and IDIQs
• Experience analyzing, formulating, negotiating contract documents such as, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), etc.
• Experience providing RFP/RFI/SOW reviews
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements and communicate effectively with all parties, internally and externally
• Excellent attention to detail, and advanced organizational skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Collaborative, professional team player with a positive attitude
• Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines without supervision
• Strong working knowledge of the MSOffice Suite (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
• US Citizenship Required
