Job Description The Class offers its students a digital live-streaming subscription product. Classes at our studios are live-streamed to students all over the country. As a member of the Production Team, you will be trained to operate the digital streaming equipment and manage live-streams. You will be managing the setup, testing, live-streaming, recording and post production workflow of our content. In addition you will perform other production assistant duties related to the day to day operation of the live-streaming studio, shoots, events and customer service.
Specific Job Responsibilities include:
- Produce live-streaming and on demand video content adhering to brand standards
- Operate live-streaming admin components of the digital studio
- Operate live-streaming equipment
- Setup Mic & Transmitters for classes
- Assist with on site lighting & set dressing as needed
- Assist with live sound mixing as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues with senior digital staff
- Support Teachers with production issues
- Complete post workflow steps for live-streams and on demand videos including VOD editing and closed captioning
- Assist with studio cleanup and maintenance
- Attending production meetings
- Other Production Responsibilities as needed for live-streams, recordings and events
- Production tasks related to shoots including prep and production runs
- Other digital production needs as required including music licensing
You may be asked to incorporate Customer Service into your shift if and when deemed appropriate by Company based on workload and availability.

- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have flexible availability (weekday early morning, weekday evening, weekends)
- Must be eager to learn new things and be flexible in shifting tasks based on business needs
- Some familiarity or experience with digital video or audio a plus
- Ability to report to our Santa Monica studio
- Experience with Zoom, Google Suite, Slack and live-streaming software a plus but not required
Additional Information - Part-time
- Ability to work in studio and remotely on occasion
- Compensation $25.00 an Hour
