Overview Ideal candidate should reside in the west coast. To assist in establishing and executing strategic and tactical direction of Costco sales, resulting in delivering of the annual profit and revenue plan as determined by the AFNA management. Responsibilities Achieve profitability and volume objectives with Costco business. Work with Marketing and R&D teams to create products for Costco and develop presentation to sell company products and programs to Costco. Provide analysis, insight, direction in daily operations and monthly reporting. Establishing personal relationships with Costco. Plan business strategies with Costco. Establish annual volume and promotional spending plans. Manage promotional process and deduction resolution through the Account Review system. Work with the Category Managers and Demand Planning teams to accurately forecast and deploy the needs of each item. Introduce new products and programs for market execution. Create and support the roadshow/in-store marketing efforts. Manage sales budgets for Costco, including promotional spending, samples, meetings, travel and entertainment. Use IRI data and other assorted sources to analyze market trends and identify opportunities and business risk. Qualifications BA or BS degree is required and a minimum of 7 years in direct sales to Costco.Strong experience in analytics, forecasting, budgeting, systems, and reporting skills.Preferred experience in the CPG industry.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to be organized and work with a broad range of functional areas.Ability to communicate effectively with customers, and corporate departments.Ability to work well in a team environment.Proficient written and oral communications, presentation skills and personal computing (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point).Position requires stamina and ability to handle multiple tasks, make timely decisions and at times work with ambiguous situations.Must be able to work under time constraints.Must be self-motivated, engaged in all aspects of the business, and team oriented.Work will require at least 30 % travel with occasional weekend and evening work.Range $175,000 to $185,000
