A law firm seeks a dedicated and organized Document Review Attorney to join its growing team. This remote position is perfect for an attorney licensed in Florida or Georgia who has experience in civil litigation and document review. The firm specializes in representing institutional clients in plaintiffs' litigation related to banking and insurance law and is looking for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties: Review and analyze legal documents to identify key issues and provide support for ongoing litigation. Manage and organize a high volume of case-related documents efficiently and accurately. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in the document review process. Assist senior attorneys in preparing case files and discovery responses. Work with case management systems to track and update case progress. Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to ensure timely and thorough document analysis. Communicate with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders as needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive case materials. Requirements: Licensed to practice law in Florida (other state licenses are a plus, but Florida Bar admission is required). Previous experience with document review and civil litigation is preferred. Strong understanding of case management systems and document organization. Ability to manage a high caseload and prioritize tasks effectively. Clean professional background and ability to handle sensitive client information. Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of professionals. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the Florida Bar is required (Georgia Bar and other state bars are welcomed). Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal documents. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient with case management systems and document review software. Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
