Job Posting Information Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week; standard work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with hours varying as needed.
This is human service work in a community corrections program utilizing a variety of fundamental rehabilitation and support modalities to assist clients. Supervises participants in the Community Corrections Drug Court Program, develops Individual Program Plans for clients, maintains on-going case files, assists with on-site and community drug testing, gathers and evaluates information and data from other agencies (i.e. police, attorney, courts, treatment), and coordinates with community agencies and resources as needed to make appropriate referrals and to provide strong case management services to participants.
Qualifications : Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university; or an associate degree (or 60 college credits) and at least two years of full-time criminal justice experience or two years full-time experience working with criminal justice involved individuals; or a high school diploma and six years of full-time experience in criminal justice or six years of full-time experience working with criminal justice involved individuals; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills to meet the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies (NAPSA) Accreditation Standards.
Necessary Special Requirement : Possession of a valid driver's license when operating a vehicle is required in the performance of assigned duties.
Employees must work a least 30 hours per week to be eligible for insurance benefits.
Vacation leave, sick leave, and holidays are prorated for part time employees based upon the hours worked per week.
Temporary, seasonal, and on-call employees are not eligible for benefits.
