Overview: As a FSQA Supervisor 2nd Shift you will be critical in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to food safety and quality. You'll lead and develop a team of QA professionals, manage day-to-day food safety incidents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with leadership, supporting our production processes and ensuring the highest standards in food safety and quality.
Start time - 4:00 PM Who You Are: - A proven leader with at least 2 years of people management experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or a regulatory field.
- Highly skilled in food safety protocols such as HACCP, SSOP, and familiar with USDA or FDA regulations.
- An effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced in managing sanitation operations and resolving food safety incidents.
What You'll Do: - Lead and develop a team of QA professionals, ensuring they meet performance expectations and departmental KPIs.
- Manage the resolution of daily plant incidents relating to food safety and QA, acting as a liaison with USDA when necessary.
- Oversee sanitation operations, including the execution of the master sanitation schedule and intensified cleanings.
- Participate in the implementation of new product launches, process changes, and ongoing validation of CCPs and other processes.
