We seek
Independent Licensed Therapists for a
full-time position at our
Novi, MI location.
Compensation: - The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements: - Must have an active LMSW or LPC licensure
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related counseling field
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Must be able to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week
- Some evening sessions and Saturday appointments are expected
Beneficial Skills & Experience: - Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children and adolescents is highly favorable
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinician
- Able to build rapport with clients quickly

We are a long-standing outpatient clinic with a multi-disciplinary team of caring professionals dedicated to serving our community. Our services include individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, marriage and family therapy, Christian counseling, testing and assessments, seminars, and the E.D.G.E program.
