The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences is a pioneer of purpose-driven science and Cornell University's second largest college. Food Science has three kitchens (Product Innovation Lab, Conference Center Catering Kitchen, and the Sensory Evaluation Center Kitchen). The main focus of this position is to provide daily oversight to Product Innovation Lab, which includes meeting with students groups and classes to ensure poper use. Day to day monitoring and cleaning of kitchen areas, disposing of items that are no longer needed within the refrigerator/freezer. Order supplies that are needed and organize when delivered.
Position also includes the delivery of packages daily to the labs. This position is responsible for monitoring the loading dock on a daily basis for package delivery and delivering as needed either to directly to the lab and/or designated mailboxes. cConference center seating should be reset as needed based on use.
This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week.
