Join our dynamic and growing medical billing office as an Experienced Medical Billing Specialist! In this Remote Hybrid position, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with scheduled in-office days each month assigned by your direct management.

As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of the revenue cycle, including insurance follow-up, claim denials and appeals, guarantor follow-up, patient correspondence, payment posting, and other essential medical billing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations
Conduct thorough follow-ups on insurance claims and resolve denials
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their billing inquiries
Accurately post payments and maintain detailed records
Implement established processes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Qualifications:

Experience in medical billing with a solid understanding of revenue cycle management
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with numbers
Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive in implementing processes
Excellent customer service skills and a patient-centered approach
Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems is highly desirable
