Role Overview:

We are actively looking for a medical sales professional to grow our team!

This position is a great opportunity to learn a niche area of women's healthcare, sell directly to surgeons, attend live surgical cases in the operating room, and travel. You will also have the opportunity to attend 1-2 major industry conferences a year, attend private dinners with clients, and learn from industry leading surgeons.

Preference will be given to candidates with any of the following experience:

  • Medical device sales in OB-GYN, urogynecology, urology, women's pelvic healthcare, and related women's healthcare
  • Medical device or pharmaceautical sales experience in any specialty (we are happy to teach you about women's healthcare if you already have a firm grip on how to build a sales pipeline)
  • Medical marketing, nurses, surgical coordinators, etc. who have experience in women's healthcare and understand the pelvic health space
  • Surgical product sales of any kind

*Our new sales representative will drive business growth by visiting doctors in their offices, collaborating with ARMS Medical leadership team and identifying new sales opportunities using outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, calling, emailing, and building relationships with potential physician clients. You'll help surgeons deliver modern surgical solutions to their patients by introducing them to our suite of biologic implant products, surgical tools, and therapeudic medical devices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales/business development, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sales
  • Strong relationship-building ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical devices, and finding market opportunities
  • Skilled in negotiation and articulating value propositions
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or completion of Medical Sales Program + experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and key decision-makers - this is easy with our products, due to the specialized, advanced area of medicine we specialize
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of doctors, hospital surgical teams through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Learn and communicate ARMS Medical’s product portfolio, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
  • Attend annual industry events in major U.S. cities like Austin, TX and NYC to network, generate leads, and stay updated on market trends
  • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to drive innovation
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth
  • Willingness to travel 2-5 days a week based on surgical schedules
