We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of our revolutionary devices within the surgical space.

**Position Overview:**

As a Sales Representative at RTT Medical Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative regenerative surgical devices within hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, providing them with the support, education, and clinical expertise needed to integrate our products into their surgical practices. This is a unique opportunity to represent a sole-source manufacturer of cutting-edge regenerative technologies that address critical clinical challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales & Business Development:**

- Promote and sell RTT Medical’s regenerative devices to surgeons, healthcare providers, and medical institutions.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RTT Medical’s product portfolio, focusing on how our products address complex surgical and clinical needs.

- Identify and target new business opportunities within surgical centers, hospitals, and specialized clinics, building a strong pipeline of potential customers.

- Achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs, consistently expanding market share within the assigned territory.

- **Clinical Expertise & Support:**

- Provide comprehensive product training and education to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff to ensure the correct use and optimal performance of our devices in surgical procedures.

- Attend surgeries when required to provide real-time product support and ensure the successful application of RTT Medical’s devices.

- Act as a clinical resource for healthcare providers, offering technical insights and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

- **Relationship Management:**

- Build and nurture strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Existing surgical relationships will be prioritized for this position.

- Engage with customers on a regular basis to understand their clinical needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

- **Market Intelligence:**

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the regenerative medicine and surgical devices space.

- Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs, product performance, and market demands to assist in the development of new products and enhancements.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, with a strong focus on surgical devices or regenerative medicine products.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex, competitive market.

- **Skills & Attributes:**

- In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and the healthcare environment, especially in regenerative medicine or wound care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value sales.

- Self-motivated and disciplined with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
