QUALIFICATIONS / WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Mortgage Origination Experience (2 years preferred)
• Must be licensed through NMLS in
• Ability to analyze a 1003 to find the most beneficial program for our client.
• Understanding all mortgage products, including VA, FHA & Conventional
• Understanding of compliance requirements to originate a quality loan
• High ethical standards and transparent integrity
• Accountable, Reliable, Punctual & Consistent
• Encompass experience highly desired
