Product Manager Intern (Apex Legends)

Founded in 2010 by the original creators of the Call of Duty Franchise, Respawn was created with the philosophy that when talented people have creative freedom, they'll make extraordinary games that achieve the unexpected. We're looking for a Product Management Intern to join the Apex Legends team. We are only considering students who will be enrolled in a Master's program in the Summer of 2025 and are slated to graduate in Fall of 2025 or Spring of 2026.

What You'll Do...

  • Champion the Player while Balancing the Business - Be the voice of the player, but balance that with the business goals to drive wins on both sides
  • Seasonal Content Operations - partner with a Product Manager to plan against and operate a live feature in the game
  • Post Mortem and Opportunity Analysis - perform post mortem analysis on various features and activations to identify best practice insights while diving into our player data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Competitive Insights - stay on top of the competition by supporting the team with competitive insights on new launches, strategies, and tactics deployed that will help inform and shape our roadmap

Required Qualifications...

  • Currently enrolled in an Master's or MBA program
  • Available to work full-time hours for 12 weeks hybrid or onsite
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Required: Tell us what your favorite game is and why you want to be a Product Manager in games
  • Optional: Provide a game teardown on any game/feature of your choosing

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.


EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor's, Master's, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


HOURLY PAY RANGES


* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
$37 - $58


The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
