PropertyAppraisers.com is searching for highly qualified Licensed Real Estate Appraisers and Licensed P&C Adjusters to perform certified Valuation Services and Property Damage Estimates on our clients Luxury Home, Penthouses, Condominium, Waterfront Property, and Farm & Ranch properties for a variety of clients including :
Insurance Companies, Mortgage Lenders, Banks, Attorneys, CPAs, Government Agencies, County Appraisal Districts, Municipalities, Brokers, Investors, Realtors, and private home owners and Mortgage and Title Companies
Some of the appraisals you will be performing on a daily basis will include:

- Industrial Projects Oil / Petrochemical / Gas / Manufacturing / Retail
- Consulting Services
- Feasibility Analysis
- Business Valuations
- Insurance Policy Appraisals
- Divorce / Estate / Probate Appraisals
- Insurance Fraud / Investigation / Fire Marshall Assistance
- Bankruptcy Appraisals
- Legal Documentation Preparation
- County Appraisal District Property Tax Protests
Excellent position for Licensed Insurance Adjusters, Licensed Real Estate Appraisers and entry-level career-minded candidates.
Position Duties & Responsibilities: Travel to customers location and perform 1 or more of the following:
1) Perform assessment of Scope of Work
2) Take accurate photos of the clients property damage and/or areas of interest
3) Document condition of property.
4) Write estimate using Xactimate.
You must have your own insured and reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, and cellular phone to even be considered.
You must continuously update your knowledge and expertise of HoustonProperty Appraisers services, real estate industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend continuing education programs. Increase and promote Houston Property Appraisers presence in your community.
You must have accurate report writing, documentation verification and research skills which are important areas of strength for your success in this role. You must be able to complete reports in a timely manner.
Experience :
5 + years experience in insurance claims adjusting, property damage appraising, estimating, inspection, quality control or visual inspections. Must have knowledge of most types of real property.

Education Requirements :
Licensed Insurance Adjuster (P&C) - Licensed by your State (State where the certified appraisal will be performed)
Current Xactimate Certification 24 /25 / 27 Level 1, 2, or 3 - Preferred Knowledge of Xactimate Express Preferred
Other Estimating Software Knowledge Preferred
High School Diploma or GED - Required.
Bachelors Degree-General Studies - Preferred.
Travel Requirements:
Approximate 100% of time traveling
Ability to work from own home office. Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and auto liability insurance.
