This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry. The role involves multitasking and providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Multitask: Manage various administrative tasks simultaneously, including checking offers, summaries, and scheduling appointments.
  • Document Management: Upload and organize documents using Docusign and MLS platforms.
  • Administrative Support: Assist real estate agents and office staff with daily administrative tasks.
  • Office Organization: Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and supplies inventory.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.

Requirements:
