Description Looking for a Real Estate Administrative assistant with a Real Estate TC background. All applicants must already be skilled at escrow, mortgage, and or preferred real estate transaction coordinator, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you are not skilled and experienced as a Transaction Coordinator already. Having a RE NV License is preferred. The transaction Coordinator wanted to work with a
busy top-producing real estate group. A real Estate license is not required but is highly preferred. The candidate will need to be
detailed ,
tech-savvy , and resourceful. We are looking for a fast hire ready to

A perfect candidate has a Real Estate Transaction Coordination background/experience and will be able to work 25-35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. We are looking for the ability to mesh our Sky Slope systems with their TC systems and someone who works well and efficiently under pressure, and who is ready to jump in and start ASAP. Responsibilities •Managing all facets of the real estate transactions process, from acquiring listings to closing sales in our database and auditing the related transactions file
•Completing administrative tasks provided by a manager, such as document examination, transaction and listing coordination, and possibly limited negotiations
•Inputting data into Transaction Desk database, SkySlope, MLS, CRM, Monday, and Web-based systems such as GOOGLE Drive and DROPBOX
•Dedication to high-quality customer service and experiences
Qualifications •Possess excellent typing skills (at least 40-50 wpm)
•Demonstrating proficiency in Real Estate software systems and TC management
•Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail/Google Docs/Google Drive, and Dropbox
•At least 1 year of Transactional experience in Real Estate or prior Title/Escrow background
•Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Possess good organizational and time management abilities
•Trustworthy and dependable
•Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills
•Hold the capability to keep confidential information
•Willingness to pass a background check
