• Proven experience as a Recruiter , preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring goals.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing techniques.
• Passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
