Job Description

PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and communication skills to assist in managing day-to-day operations, handling correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative duties. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be working remotely, supporting various departments and ensuring smooth workflow across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.

• Handle inbound communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.

• Organize and maintain digital records, documents, and files.

• Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.

• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoicing, if necessary.

• Conduct online research to support ongoing projects or tasks.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

• Manage office supplies and ensure that necessary materials are available for remote teams.

• Provide support to HR and other departments as needed, including recruitment scheduling and onboarding activities.

• Perform other administrative tasks to assist management and ensure efficient company operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

• Reliable internet connection and necessary technical equipment (computer, headset, etc.).

• Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Trello) is a plus.

• A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and suggest improvements.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and company needs.
