Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arranging travel and logistics for technicians
• Coordinating events and handling associated tasks
• Credit card management for Macon operations
• Payroll processing support
• Provide assistance with purchasing

Travel:

Minimal travel required on an as needed basis.

Physical Demands:

This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree (A.A. /A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college; or two years industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of word processor and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel and Word).
• Working knowledge of database programs (i.e. IFS, Outlook) preferable.
• Effective interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Must be very customer focused.
