The Service Technician performs service repairs and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned agriculture and turf equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agriculture and turf equipment.
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
• Maintains current knowledge of agriculture and turf equipment.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
• Accounts for all time on a time card and for all material used in performing assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year related experience.
• Ability to use a computer effectively for service-related tasks.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Able to work overtime and on Saturdays.
• Forklift certification and current CDL are preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
