Job Summary: Boss Exteriors is seeking an experienced Siding Specialist to join our team in Canby, Oregon. As a Siding Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial siding projects. This is a full-time, hourly position in which you will work as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the project manager. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of siding for residential and commercial properties
• Measure, cut and install siding materials to manufacturer specifications
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed while on job sites
• Communicate effectively with project managers and customers
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients
• Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines
• Continuously learn about new siding products, techniques, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in siding installation and repair with 5 years preferred
• Knowledge of different types of siding materials and installation methods
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in siding installation
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
