Job Description

Multi-state design firm is seeking a  Senior Traffic/Technology Engineer  for their team in Phoenix, Arizona!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct citywide safety studies, signal timing, improving signal systems, and evaluating/designing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
  
• Traffic design of traffic signals, roundabouts, pavement marking, signing, and temporary traffic control
  
• Lead QA/QC for the team
  
• Use technical experience to serve as advisor on complex projects
  
• Project management duties as needed
  
• Supervise/direct professionals/technical staff
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• May require minimal travel to job sites
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 6+ years of traffic engineering experience
  
• PE License
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
