What You'll Do: - Create user interfaces using front-end code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Deliver front-end code that functions consistently across all browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Ensure front-end code is responsive and implemented with a mobile-first approach.
- Leverage the existing framework and technology.
- Design websites that are easy to access and visually effective.
- Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, and comps to show important interactions, functionality, user interfaces, and mock-up designs.
- Design for maximum usability with a focus on user experience.
- Provide design advice on projects and make recommendations for improving websites.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
- Coordinate closely with Client Services (CSD) to support clients.
- Fulfill multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight production deadlines.
Who You Are: - Bachelor's Degree in Web Design and Development, UI Design, or related field; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of web design experience utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Query, Bootstrap front-end framework, or similar tools for creating websites and web applications.
- Experience with User Interface Design.
- An online portfolio of design samples.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies and applications.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap front-end framework.
- Understanding of accessibility requirements.
- Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile design.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android application design.
- Familiarity with backend/CMS applications.
- Understanding of UX Design.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Good attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and integrate them into our environment and practices.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Annual compensation range $68,000 - $76,500
